I found the staff very friendly and helpful! the location was excellent. A definite plus. my room was always cleaned well daily and the tv was a nice feature. the sky bar adds a really beautiful touch to the experience.

The elevators were a little slow. It wasn't too bad, but worth noting for peak times.

faulty air conditioningbroken balcony door

i were a little disappointed with my stay. the air conditioning didn't work that well, so the room was a bit warm. i told them about it, and they just gave me a fan. also, the balcony door didn't close right, even after i mentioned it a few times. by the third day, the door was practically falling off. it wasn't fixed, and i had to sleep with the balcony door open. it was not very restful.
