Really good Stay in Prime Location

I appreciated the hotel's central location as it offered easy access to transportation. The rooftop pool and bar provided fine city views. I found myself there every evening. The room was spacious and very clean, with modern décor. The staff was attentive and quick to respond to all my requests.

The elevators were sometimes slow, causing short delays during peak hours.

The location was great, close to transportation hubs. The staff were so nice, and always available to help with questions. Breakfast had many options, including fresh fruit and pastries.

The elevators are a bit slow sometimes and there are only two, especially during peak hours.

central location rooftop restaurant slow elevator uninterested staff

the location was very central. it allowed easy access to many attractions, some within a short walk. the rooftop restaurant provided amazing views.

The elevators were slow and small. i also found that some staff seemed uninterested, often occupied with their phones. This was noticeable near the entry.

faulty air conditioning broken balcony door

i were a little disappointed with my stay. the air conditioning didn't work that well, so the room was a bit warm. i told them about it, and they just gave me a fan. also, the balcony door didn't close right, even after i mentioned it a few times. by the third day, the door was practically falling off. it wasn't fixed, and i had to sleep with the balcony door open. it was not very restful.
